It makes you want to avoid them. Why is that? Certainly there are many reasons. First and foremost might be the fact that many people proclaim Jesus as their savior but never get baptized in the Holy Spirit as we see in Acts chapter 2. Looking at these types of \u201cChristians\u201d can be confusing. Being a Christian is not about following rules. It\u2019s about knowing the Almighty God and discovering His special plan and callings for your life and moving towards that each day.<\/p>\n<p>Being a Christian, a follower of Jesus Christ, a part of \u201cthe way\u201d as we were called in Acts, is all about having and developing your relationship with God. Like any relationship, being a Christian starts with loving God. When you love God, it\u2019s so much easier to love people.
