The Book of Daniel is a key book in the Bible that every Christian should understand. Daniel is a great example of a man who heard from God because he sought God despite being taken from His homeland by conquering armies and prospered incredibly due to his hunger to know God and was promoted multiple times under various kings.
In Daniel Chapter 6, we see one of the most famous stories in history, Daniel and the Lion’s den. On the surface, Daniel 6 is about Daniel and how he was thrown into a pit filled with food deprived wild animals. The bigger picture is lions, liars and how God ALWAYS protects His people that seek Him and walk by faith no matter what the trial is.
