The world is excited about artificial intelligence (AI). Companies think they can cut the expensive legal fees from lawyers they use, science thinks that they can solve world issues but getting ‘all knowing’ computers to tell them answers to difficult calculations, companies think they can use automated computer customer service avatar but despite the apparent benefits, there are some areas of concern.
