We are thrilled to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Victory Word Center this July!
Victory Word is a vibrant, full-gospel, Spirit-filled church located just north of central Tokyo in the beautiful city of Koshigaya. Founded by Pastors Spencer and Mariko Patrick after serving at a local denominational church for nearly four years, the church began with a simple neighborhood kids ministry. Pastor Spencer could not find a place where his own children would be taught the uncompromising Word of God, so they started one themselves.
What began as a small children’s outreach has grown into Victory Word — a thriving church filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, thanks to faithful weekly prayer meetings that started in October 2025.
