It was another powerful day in God’s House in Tokyo. Victory Word Church is such a loving church family just North of Tokyo.
Today, in the English service Pastor Spencer shared about “Why You Need The Holy Spirit”. It was a powerful time as pastor showed how even Jesus got the baptism of the Holy Spirit at the same time He was baptized there in River. For most people, we get saved, we get water baptized, and we get the baptism of the Holy Spirit when the leaders of the church lay hands on us. Just like the Book of Acts in the Bible.
We all need the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives. There are many Christians that are saved but are missing this power that God told us to go and receive (Acts 1:8).
At 11am, everyone gathered for the power time of music and worship. Mariko shared on the goodness of God and continued talking about the Holy Spirit. It didn’t stop there. At the end, people were able to come to the front of the church building sanctuary and receive the Holy Spirit baptism right there.
